Cabins located in the Cleveland National Forest are on leased land and issued Special Use Permit which is designated as personal recreational use of a non commercial nature. You can NOT live here as a primary residence, but can use it as a second home/vacation property. The current annual permit/lease fee is $ 1,195 per year. Water is supplied for approximately $300 per year. "Permit transfers only with sale of cabin" . Buyers apply for a new Special Use Permit from the Forestry Service, land leases will be up for renewal in 2008 and run for 20 yrs. No title, these cabins are assessed as private property, therefore no lender financing. Wonderful opportunity to spend time in nature surrounded by the beauty of the Cleveland National Forest.
